We had been looking, for some time, to enhance our front yard. We had an erosion issue at our front steps and with our sloped property, adding grass was just not working, which left mud and with the recent rains, it was becoming a slippery danger zone. My husband saw an Instagram ad for Straight Edge Landscaping and shared it with me. I was a bit hesitant at first and after looking at their gallery of work, thought maybe it was too good to be true. I filled out their webform and I was contacted by Jaylin, shortly after. Every single interaction with Jaylin was extremely professional and when we met with him to discuss the project, his knowledge on the subject was beyond impressive. We were able to get our project started sooner than expected and Jaylin and his team worked diligently and in the extreme heat with no delays. Every material used is of the highest quality. We went a bit above our planned budget, but it was not due to pressure or unreasonable cost from Jaylin and team. We just did a bad job of researching cost of materials, ahead of time. Jaylin and team had to work with other folks to get some of the work done on our project, but that was all handled between Straight Edge and the other folks. We were protected from any additional contacts, as Jaylin managed those relationships on our behalf (the welder, specifically.) If you have been thinking about getting pavers in your front yard, I highly recommend that you contact Straight Edge Landscaping. Once you meet Jaylin and team, you will understand why people are so happy with the work that they do. The overall experience was outstanding! **We are looking to continue working with Straight Edge Landscaping for a flower bed project, in the coming months.

I had hired Jaylin a couple of years ago to install edging and rock around the house foundation. Was very please with the attention to detail....and two years later, it still looks great. This most recent project entailed removing old sand and fabric around the base of three trees from an old patio.....then tilling the soil, adding good dirt, installing edging and landscape fabric. It looks great....with good clean up after the project was done. I recommend Straight Edge for any basic landscaping projects.
So thankful for Straight Edge landscaping. Our property was impacted by the recent hail storm that struck our area & we lost what seems like half of our tree canopies. Leaves & debris everywhere. The guys with Straight Edge offered an extremely competitive price to clean up the leaves & get our yard back to normal. They were on time, professional & did an immaculate job. We have been asking Jaylin to come back ever since our neighbor introduced us to him. Our yard always looks PHENOMENAL when he’s done. He’s extremely quick to reply via text, charges a really fair rate, and most importantly, is a super nice and genuine human being. Will not be using any other service as long as I live in the area. Straight edge really help me with some work we needed with our yard in Cedar Park. The Rock work they install is great for side yards that can’t keep the grass alive.
I've been using these guys for almost 2 years! This is the first lawn I've ever had to tend to, and Jaylin answers all my dumb questions about grass. More importantly, he does a great job cutting and trimming and let's me know about any imminent threats to my lawn.
